30-day change of mind returns

Changed your mind? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return postage for change of mind returns is paid by the customer.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply on top of our 30-day policy and are not limited by it. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll cover return postage. Learn more at accc.gov.au.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@smartpaw.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and check the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method.
